2. Accounts and eligibility
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must provide complete and accurate information and use WatchBase strictly in compliance with all applicable laws.
- You must be at least 13 years old to register and use the platform.
- You may not impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts.
- You may not upload, submit, or transmit illegal, abusive, or malicious code or media.
3. Community content
You retain full ownership of your ratings, reviews, lists, and metadata contributions. By uploading content to WatchBase, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to host, store, display, and distribute that content to the community.
4. Data and intellectual property
WatchBase platform features, branding, design assets, and original proprietary database collections belong exclusively to WatchBase. Third-party title metadata and artwork are powered by TMDB and remain owned by their respective providers.
5. Availability and disclaimers
WatchBase is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue services at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in scraping or automated indexing, or created any security or legal risk for our infrastructure.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued access or use of WatchBase following any updates constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
