By creating an account, accessing, or using WatchBase (“StackBase Inc.”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
2. User Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account on WatchBase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to engage in unauthorized web scraping, automated indexing, or malicious code injection.
3. User Content & License
You retain ownership of your text reviews, ratings, lists, and metadata submissions. By submitting content to WatchBase, you grant StackBase Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and distribute your content across our platform.
4. Intellectual Property & Attribution
The WatchBase brand, application design, database structure, and source code are owned exclusively by StackBase Inc. Third-party media artwork and movie/show metadata are provided via TMDB and belong to their respective copyright holders.
